Character Creation Challenge - 11: Hargha [Mörk Borg]

 Second Mörk Borg Character of this Challenge [7th Total?]

This was fun a fun game to create characters for, so I'll do a few more.

Of note everything except the class is random in this game (and you can choose to make class random, too) so there's not really any thought that goes into it. And I am doing classes in order, I picked up on the last character from where the previous ones left off, I think.

  • Omens: 1
  • Abilities: Can use powers in medium armor, Sacred Shepherd's Crook.

 Equipment

  • Staff
  • Small Wagon
  • Medicine Chest (5 uses)
  • Sacred Scroll of Bestial Speech
  • 100 silver

 

Characteristics

  • Unholy Origin: The Crypts of Grift.
  • Terrible Traits: Prone to substance abuse & lazy.
  • Broken Bodies: Staring, manic gaze.
  • Bad Habit: Unable to get to the point. Have never actually finished a story.
  • Troubling Tales: Deserted  military after witnessing a miracle, bounty on head. Hunted by former friends.

 

In Play

  For once a character that has hit points, but no armor, 1 omen and -2 strength. Looking at the characteristics, I am actually unsure how this character would ever get anything done? Sit still, stare and rant until someone else does things? Not exactly the character to play with lots of energy or have proactive ideas.

Estimated Survival Rate: Playing the character like someone that never gets to the proper point, I think the party would kill him if the monsters and other dangers doesn't. Especially in a oneshot...

 

Opinion

 For the last character I said I hadn't made a Mörk Borg character that I didn't want to play. This is the first. While being the most annoying party member ever can be a thing one can do in a oneshot, it's not very appealing to me.

Character Creation Challenge 2024 - 9: Evren [Vampire: The Masquerade 5e]

 Second Vampire: The Masquerade 5e Character With the character I made to serve as a stand in character for someone that might show up to the Vampire campaign I am going to run this year out of the way, it's time to make some random stuff I could consider playing myself. 1. Core Concept  So one of the things I want to do going forward, is to set more and more of the quasi-real world settings in Constantinople/Istanbul and Ur. Since Vampire is a modern day game, it would be Istanbul. I have no chronicle planned and it's been a while since I read up on modern day Istanbul so I am VERY ignorant of details of what the current city is like.  I am now 17 days late to the party, instead of being an eager beaver. So time to grind out some Mörk Borg characters! Will go through the classes in order, and finish with a classless. Starting with the first one in the core book: The Fanged Deserter.
