Character Creation Challenge: The Plan

 So January 1st fast approaches and the character creation challenge with it. I thought up a plan some time ago and have not felt the need to change it. So here it is:

Some comments to the list:

The games where I make a group of characters will stay no matter what, as in Symbaroum, Forbidden Lands and Starfinder. The weekend breaks and the Mutant deep dive might not. If I even get to say spot 22, I have a sneaking suspicion I just want to make something I want to make. Not to follow a pretty list.

The games with groups of characters will have the same "archtypes", I just generally feel that's how a well rounded group in a game with a bunch of combat should be like. I will however avoid creating the same ones in different systems, and have a different "theme" to the groups. These are not set in stone either. My other plan was to make the same group of 5 characters in 6 wildly different games, but maybe next year...

I will abide by the rule of 3 for every game. Core book + 2 other books allowed per character. Looking at the list, Starfinder is the only game with a lot of rules to mind so shouldn't be much of an issue. 

Will also abide by default character generation, if book does not have a default do the easiest and least time consuming way.

A pic of material used, and printed character sheet with bad handwriting is obligatory per post.


Very excited for this challenge. I think I'll manage to complete it, but have a sneaking suspicion the plan will break fast. And I just do 31 characters I just felt like doing at the time...

Character Creation Challenge 2024 - 9: Evren [Vampire: The Masquerade 5e]

 Second Vampire: The Masquerade 5e Character With the character I made to serve as a stand in character for someone that might show up to the Vampire campaign I am going to run this year out of the way, it's time to make some random stuff I could consider playing myself. 1. Core Concept  So one of the things I want to do going forward, is to set more and more of the quasi-real world settings in Constantinople/Istanbul and Ur. Since Vampire is a modern day game, it would be Istanbul. I have no chronicle planned and it's been a while since I read up on modern day Istanbul so I am VERY ignorant of details of what the current city is like.  I am now 17 days late to the party, instead of being an eager beaver. So time to grind out some Mörk Borg characters! Will go through the classes in order, and finish with a classless.
